What should you know about your contract?

  1. Service with ENH Power starts with a fixed rate contract. A fixed contract means just that – the rate is fixed for the time indicated in the contract term. Always read the terms & conditions fully, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team. You’ll continue to receive great service, responsive communication and resources for better planning.

  1. ENH Power (and all competitive suppliers) is required to send you a notice between 45-60 days before a contract ends. You’ll be sent an expiration/renewal notice that will detail when your contract expires, auto-renewal terms, renewal options at-large and what ENH Power offers to cater to your specific household energy needs. Our Care Team will assist you in making the best decision for your budget and usage profile.
  2. You’ll continue to receive industry leading service with the agreed upon plan for the duration of your term. ENH Power will always notify you of any contract expiration dates, rate changes and account information needs. It’s a great practice to ensure your contact information on-file is correct so that we are sure to deliver timely decision-making material.
  3. You’ll be smiling and unbothered. Understand your plan, the benefits, terms and options for long-term value and budget balance. Experience transparency and customer focused support. 😉

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, that’s what we are here for.
