ENH Power to Bring Rate Relief to New Hampshire Co-Op Customers

As of June 1, 2014 ENH Power expanded their footprint in New Hampshire to include customers of the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC).

“We are pleased to be able to offer relief for NHEC customers who were recently informed that their electricity supply rates would increase by 20%,” said Emile Clavet, co-owner of ENH Power.”  More than 50,000 New Hampshire residents and small business leaders have already made the switch to ENH Power. We have earned their trust through fixed rates, honest business practices and savings.”   ENH Power’s rate for NHEC customers is 8.55 c/kWh.  That means a savings of nearly $40 per year for the average consumer.

“NHEC has been very good to its members.  Unfortunately due to real time costs of power, which NHEC said was a driving factor in their decision to raise rates, it is difficult for smaller supply companies to compete on rate.  Fortunately, thanks to energy choice, NHEC members can remain with the co-op and receive electricity from other supply companies such as ENH Power and save money,” said Clavet.
